Magpie ducks are a light breed duck. Magpie ducks are hardy ducks and great foragers. We are honored to carry on and improve upon Lund Poultry's line. Our magpie ducks hatch blue, black, and white (sports) - only the blue and black colors are recognized by the APA. We have gotten lots of compliments on their cute little colorful hats - a beautiful small duck. It is really difficult to get the pattern correct on Magpie ducks and I am really pleased with our progress so far!
We have been successful showing our Magpie ducks this year! Including Reserve Light Duck at the APA Nationals competition HOTOPA!
